VOLBEER the Volbeat tribute band was founded in 2010 by a group of friends who were big fans of the band VOLBEAT. The band started to grow rapidly and played major festivals such as the Dynamo Outdoor festival, quickly becoming a household name in the tribute world.

With their unique sound and energetic performances, the band captivated and entertained the audience. They are even complimented by VOLBEAT themselves; “There is now a Dutch Coverband called VOLBEER. These guys are really good and are close to the VOLBEAT sound.“

The love and passion for music brought former singer/bassist Rob Slegers and his new bandmates guitarist Goof Veelen, guitarist Kyle Schoutrop and drummer Ken Poels together for a comeback as VOLBEAT Tribute. With this new composition, VOLBEER started a new show with old and new hits from VOLBEAT. The band grew quickly and was soon noticed by bookers. Within half a year the band traveled through the Benelux again with their new show. With their unique sound and energetic performances, they captivated and entertained the audience. They played in large venues such as the Metropool in Hengelo, various sports halls in Belgium and the Netherlands, provided support for Stahlzeit (the Rammstein tribute of Europe) in Belgium, played in the Legends of Rock Tribute Tour with the largest tribute bands in the Netherlands, played many shows in Germany and played in numerous halls, festivals, events and parties in the Benelux.

With their powerful and authentic sound and enthusiastic performances, VOLBEER has become a household name in the tribute world.
